History: A 31 year-old non-smoking male presented for treatment of a failed root canal procedure at the left central (tooth #9). The tooth had a past history of trauma.

Treatment: Atraumatic tooth removal; non-incision implant placement (flapless approach); flapless bone grafting; immediate provisionalization
