| History: |
A 54 year-old non-smoking female presented for aesthetic reconstruction of her oral cavity. The patient suffered from advanced tooth loss, failure of previous dental treatment, inefficient chewing capabilities and discomfort. |
| Treatment: |
Upper arch - Implant placement and immediate provisionalization and sinus elevation; Lower arch – Initial bone replacement procedure; lower right followed by implant placement and provisionalization. |
