History:A 32 year-old non-smoking male presented for treatment of failing root canal procedures at the two maxillary central incisors. A past history of trauma existed, and the patient was concerned about the aesthetics of the anterior sextant of his upper arch.
Treatment:Atraumatic tooth removal; non-incision implant placement (flapless approach); flapless bone grafting; immediate provisionalization; midline correction
